I'm gonna share something with you. You've seen it before. But the music that is with this, bumped it up a notch, or two, or three. Music hits me hard. Really hard.
Love is love. It is pure. It connects, heals, knows no boundries. To me, it is alive. It touches souls, you can feel it. It can move you to tears. It is simple, yet complicated.
There are no words to describe how powerful it is. This isn't the love from your brain. (Your brain taints its purity). It is the love "in" your heart. Maybe even deeper. A core memory. In your cells. In your being. In your soul. In the place where words and thoughts don't dwell.

I'm finally losing weight. I'm eating 1200 calories a day and exercising.
But then I gained some back because I stopped walking on a regular basis.
